TiksPac AB, an established propriety name company, shall develop a growth-oriented, market-leading concept within the EU for clean public spaces. TiksPac AB, with TiksPac-Dogs
wastebag and installed TiksPac-Stations, shall make it easier for municipalities' dog owners to maintain a generally higher hygienic standard for public spaces in society.
TiksPac AB shall engage municipal residents, property owners, sports clubs, youths and retired people, for example, in striving for active voluntary efforts to make communities cleaner and with zero tolerance to littering, so as to generate revenue for clubs and youth development programs. Together with local and international businesses, TiksPac AB with TiksPac-Stations, shall develop collaborative relationships and provide media space with goodwill value for the businesses and entities associated with clean public spaces activities. TiksPac AB shall, through growth and good profitability, contribute to development of the market with the trademark products TiksPac-Stations, TiksPac-Dogs
wastebag, etc. as parts of the concept. It shall be developed into sound ideas for cleaner environments in collaboration with
organisations that work to keep communities clean. Collaborative partners shall perceive TiksPac AB as cost-effective, environmentally adapted and with the leading technical environmental concept in the market for clean public spaces. With organic growth and acquisitions, service and distribution shall be systematically developed within the EU with selected collaborative partners. TiksPac AB shall be perceived as the natural choice, providing examples that anything can be adapted to the environment in a sustainable society. Leadership shall be characterised by the right attitude, openness, clarity and the capability to make good decisions. TiksPac AB conveys its company culture and enthusiasm to others, and the organisation is to be able to rapidly adapt based on structured systems, possess readiness for change and work dynamically based on the needs of the market. Employees at TiksPac AB enhance their skills with advanced training and shall strive to increase the competitiveness of collaborative partners, with their performance monitored through periodic key ratio audits as well as with external customer satisfaction surveys in order to assure all company processes.
