TiksPac-Stations are placed at strategic locations throughout the municipality. The TiksPac-Stations are maintained by the municipality's technical department or by an entity appointed by the municipality.

Access to free dog wastebags (or "TiksPacs") gives dog owners who have forgotten or never take along their own bags a reminder to pick up after their dogs.
At the same time, the municipality and other users of the TiksPac concept gain an opportunity to turn negative impressions into something positive.

• TiksPac-Station are hand-forged, manufactured by a local company just outside Falkenberg.
  
  
• TiksPac-Station are installed on existing poles.
  
  
• The stickers with media spaces are mounted directly on the forged signboards.
  A UV- and graffiti-resistant laminate is applied over the printed stickers, making the stations very resistant to hard weather, for example, and consequently permitting media space subscriptions of two years.
